Wendy Cornett is a full-time freelance writer based in the Columbus, Ohio area. Cornett has a decade of experience in media, including a six-year stint with The Columbus Dispatch, central Ohio's 250,000 daily circulation newspaper. Cornett most recently held the position of special sections coordinator at The Columbus Dispatch, where she was responsible for the publication of more than 50 special sections and features annually. Her writing has run the gamut from lifestyles features, to financial matters and profiling unique careers. In her spare time, she enjoys perfecting the art of step parenting, reading and–of course–writing.
